Location. The Topnotch Resort and Spa is located in Stowe, Vt., five miles from the West Branch Gallery and Sculpture Park, Green Mountains and Spruce Peak Mountain. The Vermont Ski Museum is four miles away. Smuggler's Notch State Park is three miles from the hotel.
