Direct trains run from Frankfurt Airport to Mannheim and take around 40 minutes. There is also a shuttle bus that runs from the airport to the train station, taking one hour. The hotel is 500 metres from the train station.
From the airport take the motorway to the A5 Karlsruhe/Basel.
