The nearest S Bahn station is about one kilometre away, and the main railway station is eight kilometres from the hotel.

There are two restaurants at the Best Western Queens Hotel Hamburg. The smart, modern Windsor offers international dishes and fine wines and serves lunch and dinner. From Hamburg International Airport (HAM):
Distance to Best Western Queens Hotel Hamburg is 4.5 kilometres, approximately 10 minutes' drive.
Getting there. Taxis from the airport to Hamburg city centre cost approximately 15 EUR 20 EUR, and journey time is around 10 15 minutes. Yellow Airport Express buses run every 20 minutes from Terminals 1 and 4 to Hamburg's central station (Hauptbahnhof). Single tickets cost 5 EUR and the journey takes 30 minutes. The number 26 bus passes by the hotel on its way to Dakarweg. Subway line U1 and rail lines S11 and S1 run from this station. Private shuttle services travel to destinations across Hamburg. Getting around. Hamburg's public transport system (HVV) includes underground trains (U Bahn), rapid transit trains (S Bahn), harbour ferries, and buses. Daily tickets entitle the user to unlimited travel on all public transport, including the airport bus (number 110). The centre is easy to explore on foot.
