Location. Located in the historical district of Suquet, Hotel de L'Olivier is a two storey boutique style hotel is within 300 meters from the town hall, beaches of the South, the old port and Forville Market. Nice International Airport (NCE) is 30 kilometres from the hotel and takes around 35 minutes by car.
Hotel Features. Hotel de L'Olivier has a seasonal outdoor pool and a paved area furnished with sun loungers and umbrellas. For a charge breakfast is served in the dining room or outside on the terrace, and coffee and drinks can be bought in the lobby bar. Staff on the 24 hour front desk can offer currency exchange and there is private parking (surcharge).
Guestrooms. The 24 air conditioned guestrooms located on two floors are individually designed in a Provencal style and extend to private bathrooms with hair dryers. Amenities include televisions, direct dial phones and Internet connections (surcharge).
Expert Tip. The glamorous promenade Boulevard de la Croisette follows the beach for several kilometres and is popular with locals and visitors alike. It is an ideal place to people watch, especially during the Cannes Film Festival in May.

Getting there. Taxi stands are located outside both airport terminals. Motorway tolls may be added to the fare. SNCF national train services run from the airport every 30 minutes to Cannes Gare St Laurent du Var, 800 metres from the hotel. Buses run from the airport to Cannes city centre and a taxi from outside the bus terminal to the hotel will cost around EUR 3.
Driving directions. From the airport, follow the motorway in the direction of Cannes and exit at 'Cannes Centre'. At the roundabout turn right and continue straight ahead following signs to Cannes city centre. Follow Boulevard Carnot to the end and turn right in the direction of Cannes la Bocca. After around 2 kilometres turn right at the Europ Video shop and right again onto Rue des Tambourinaires on which the hotel is located.
